Sutter Creek Gallery wins big at the Amador County Fair

Sutter Creek Gallery recently announced their remarkable success at the 2013 Amador County Fair. Fifteen of their co-op members and consignment artists entered in several divisions and won over 80 ribbons, including several firsts, best of divisions and the best in show. The artists and the number of ribbons they earned were Melissa Doyel (6), Anne-Marie Reber (4), Sandra Campbell (3), George Lambert (6), Laurie Williams (5), Loretta Armstrong (3), Curtis Stromme (1), Duane LaMoureaux (8), Sharon Galligan (5), Judy Day (7), Wendy Rogers (5), Anje Olmstead (4), Janet Piccola (7), Brent Parsons (2), and Laura Carpenter (21).

Amador County has a wealth of artistic talent. Sutter Creek Gallery represents 30 local artists with a wide range of interests. You will find original paintings, prints, cards, jewelry, fiber art, sculpture and photographs. Come and support your local artists, and be inspired!
